Ceci Bastida joined the band Tijuana NO when she was just 15 and became one of the first women to rise in the ranks of contemporary Latin rock. Roka Hueka combines traditional and contemporary Latin ska and is one of Denver’s only Latin Ska groups. Rounding out the bill is Denver's own Chicano Heat.
